Full Journal pdf2005-05-07 House Journal Page 1710 HCR 15 The following was read the second time: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 104, relating to the crimes of unsworn falsification in the first and second degree and false information or report; requiring the establishment of a permanent fund dividend fraud investigation unit in the Department of Revenue. The question being: "Shall HCR 15 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 15 Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 39 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 2005-05-07 House Journal Page 1711 Yeas: Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Elkins, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Holm, Joule, Kapsner, Kelly, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, LeDoux, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Moses, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Rokeberg, Salmon, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Weyhrauch, Wilson Absent: Anderson And so, HCR 15 passed the House. Representative Kerttula gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on HCR 15. HCR 15 Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of HCR 15 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCR 15 was again before the House in second reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCR 15 pass the House?"
